- The Organiser / Architect shall have all right regarding. Architectural & Structural change.

- Reserves all right to change terms and condition without prior notice.
|
|
- Internal / External change will not be done at any cost by the Developer / Organiser.
|
|
- Additional documentation charges as stamp Duty,GEB charge,Service Tax,Maintenance deposit, Registration fees (as per New Bylaws / Janti / Revenue Department) and other relative expenditure is to be borne by the member after allotment.

- Possession of the property will be given only on recipt of full payment.
|
|
- Religious celebration will not be allowed in case of incompletion payment
|
|
- Member should take possession within 30days after completion.
|
|
- In case of cancellation of booking, the booking amount will be 90% refunded.
|
|
- If payment is not made within given time, than interest at the rate of 18% p.a. will be charged.

|
- In case of any dispute it will be resolved by Anand Jurisdication only
