- Developers organizer reserver the right to make any changes, alteration, additions, deletions in the pionlans, layouts, exterior elevation, construction formate and/or information provided herein for what so ever reasons as may be required without any prior notice. Such changes will be buinding to all the members.

- Stamp duty, registration charges, legal charges,service tax, vat,all MGVCL charges including they being towords transformer,cabling, security deposits etc.\CGSM charges including they being towards piping, meters, accessories, security deposit s etc. and other government charges shall be born be the member.

- Municipal taxes shall be paid by the member from our date of completion Possession of the flat (even for the perpose of Mahurat / Vastu / Katha or Furniture making ) shall be given to the purchaser only after receipt of 100% payment on all accounts including those of maintenance deposit or work.

- In case of cancellation of banking, 20% of total value of the flat will be forfeited Internal changes shall be allowed only with prior permission and with extra cost only if technically possible.

- If any taxes raised by Govt. would be borne by the customer.
|
|
- Member has to take possession within 1 month from the date of completion of the unit.
|
|
- The Brochure shall not be treated as a legal document, it is only for the purpose of information.
|
|
- In case of dispute, it will be resolved by mutual discussion & understanding, failing which the matter will be at Anand Juridiction
